Shipping prices in USD

Standard shipping costs $6.99 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is $59 or more. Express shipping adds $5.99 to the standard shipping charge. If your order qualifies for free standard shipping, you pay only the $5.99 express upgrade.

The checkout total shows the shipping charge before payment. Express availability is shown at checkout.

Delivery times and tracking

Arrival estimates are calendar days from placing your order and include preparation and regular customs clearance. Express delivery is listed where available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; unusual customs delays, holidays or carrier disruption may take longer.

We send a shipment email with tracking when your order is dispatched. You can also check tracking using your private order link. Contact support@heydowhat.com with your order number if delivery needs attention.

If we cannot meet the stated shipping or delivery timeframe, we will contact you about a revised date and your cancellation/refund options. If we cannot obtain the consent required for a delay, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped purchase as required by law.

Import duties and taxes

USA launch orders use Yanwen’s duty-free line, with no import duties or taxes charged at checkout or payable on delivery. No US sales tax is collected at launch. Where a prepaid import charge applies to a future supported destination, it will be shown separately before payment; yaypls absorbs differences from the carrier bill.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. Email us promptly if it needs changing; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is lost, damaged or returned by the carrier, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.
