When you order, we collect your contact and delivery details, the items ordered, payment status and transaction references. If you contact support, we receive your messages and any photos or other information you choose to send. Please do not send card details or identity documents by email.
The site and its hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and secure the store. We use order information for payment confirmation, sourcing and shipping, support, fraud prevention and required business records.
Service providers
Our store setup uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage and authentication, Resend for order emails, Airwallex for payments when enabled, and Yanwen and delivery partners for shipping. We share information needed for those services. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; the store receives payment status and transaction references.
Information may be processed outside your country. Support messages sent to support@heydowhat.com are handled through that support mailbox.

Cookies, storage and your order link
We use browser storage to remember your cart and cookies to support sign-in, checkout and private order access. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved cart or access session. Keep the private link in your receipt: anyone with that link can view your order, so do not share it publicly.
